We couldn’t possibly forget about our bigger families or the types of people who love a revolving door in their home when it comes to visitors. That’s why we’ve put together a four-bedroom plan that is versatile, has all the space you could need for adults and children alike, and ticks all the boxes in terms of style and functionality.Â
Everyone should be able to feel like they’ve got their very own private space to call theirs – this has it all. The final design layout of our predetermined room size homes, there’s an abundance of space for families of all makeups to share time, all while being able to take a break away from the chaos when it’s needed.
Welcomed by a large decking area, the entrance to the house is accessed via a set of stairs and a handrail that leads you across the deck and to the front door. The first thing you’ll see upon entry is a large lounge area that everyone can enjoy, and just across the hall, an equally spacious and open-plan kitchen and dining area for all of your cooking and entertaining needs.Â
Following on from the lounge you will find the fourth bedroom, followed by the third bedroom and then the master bedroom which is located at the rear end of the house and is naturally the largest of them all. Just across the hallway is the second and final bedroom.Â
Next door to the second bedroom we have created space for a single toilet to increase access for house inhabitants, which shares a wall with a large, fully-equipped main bathroom with a shower, bath tub, vanity and another toilet. The laundry is next and the last of the total rooms, and is neatly tucked away so you can keep your washing activities out of sight.Â
