We will schedule a pre-contract meeting to review and finalise all details. This will give you an opportunity to ask any questions and go home with all the information you need to decide if this is the right decision for you. We will ensure every aspect of your home is documented and agreed upon before going any further. You may want to enlist the support of your lawyer to help you go over any contracts. Once satisfied, you will sign the contract with your Seven² builder, and from that point, the construction process will begin.
